Real Estate - Safest Investment
Real Estate remains the safest investment that people can have. If people do their research and invest in good properties, over the long run, Real Estate appreciates more than any other investment and does that while remaining the safest place to put your money. I conducted my own survey about 10 years ago by asking quite a few older people who I knew were financially secure, what their best investment had been over the course of their lives. Every single one of them said Real Estate. Each one of them had investments in the stock market and Certificates of Deposits in various banks; but still, everyone said that the biggest return they had ever gotten on their money was in Real Estate. I have worked in commercial construction and real estate since the 1970s and I have seen the value of Real Estate in Atlanta go up consistently. Even if it went down temporarily; as soon as the economy rebounded, the value always returned and then jumped even higher.
